Lisa Marie Wooding (born 1 December 1979 in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire) is an English field hockey defender, who was a member of the England and Great Britain women's field hockey team since making her England debut in January 2001 against India.

Nicknamed Woody and Wendy she overcame a number of injury breaks during her career. Prior to the 2008 Summer Olympics Wooding had 66 caps for England and a further 16 for Great Britain. Wooding’s Great Britain debut came during the 2007 tour of South Africa, a year after she represented England at the World Cup and picked up a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. Later in 2007 she won another bronze for England at the Champions Challenge in Baku.

Wooding plays her club hockey for Chelmsford and runs her own hockey coaching business.
